The Work that Reconnects with Dolores Whelan
An Introductory Workshop
We live in a time of a planetary crisis and opportunity. Joanna Macy, the root teacher of the Work That Reconnects, refers to this as the Great Turning and describes it as “the essential adventure of our time: the shift from the industrial growth society to a life-sustaining civilization.” The Work that reconnects” has inspired many thousands of people around to world to engage wholeheartedly in the Great Turning by embracing the reality of the present moment transforming away fear into personal and communal empowerment. The Word of Breda – One Woman Show with comedian Breda Larkin
During the summer of 1985 statues of the Virgin Mary were reported to move spontaneously at different locations throughout Ireland. Thirty years later, Ballinasloe born comedian ,Breda Larkin decides to make her very own Virgin Mary move by taking her on a personal pilgrimage around Ireland where they discover unsung Irish heroines, meet new moving Mary’s and share laughs and life on the road.

Be the Change Workshop
Be the Change is a unique workshop that is part of a global initiative working to create a just and sustainable world. It uses powerful multi-media presentations and dynamic interaction to explore and connect the big social, environmental and personal issues of our time.
This Workshop is hosted by Coláiste Rís Secondary School, Dundalk for Transition year students only.

Creating your own Healing Mandala with Margit Neumann Thomsen
This workshop will offer you the opportunity to create a mandala with the assistance of Margit, Healer and Intuitive artist .It is not a painting class – no skills are needed. We will use templates and other tools to simplify the process. The process Margit uses allows everyone access help from the Inner Light.

“BRIGID: Hearth Woman, Hero and Healer, Exploring our Patron in Myth, History and Local Lore” with Padraigín Clancy
In this workshop/presentation we will remember Brigid as the central Patron representing the divine feminine in the Gaelic tradition. We will draw on the manuscripts of the National Folklore Collection in looking especially at the lore surrounding her in the Faughart / Dundalk area. We will also explore the tradition surrounding her in the wider Irish and International Context.

Brigid the Web and the Weaver of a New Society with Dolores Whelan
This talk explores the essential role of the feminine energy of being in the creation of a new life sustaining society. Brigid, who embodies the Divine Feminine within the Celtic tradition, will weave this new vision into the lives of person who embody her qualities and support us to become the creators of that society.

Brighid was a Herbalist – Gina McGarry
As a radical herbalist, Gina believes that the herbs belong to all of us and that everything we need for health and well being grows all around us. The Plant People are our oldest healing allies. They are the blessings of Mother Earth, contributing beauty, nourishment and healing to our daily life.
Gina hopes to get you excited about a few of the herbs that our foremothers would have used for the health of their families and communities!

A Sound Workshop with Gabriella Kapfer & Heather Cowen
Weaving consciousness through Sound
In this workshop we use our awareness to weave strands of consciousness through the vibrational medium of sound. When we engage with the sounds we experience a circle of attunment which allows us to come into resonance with ourselves with time, space, Brigid and nature. In this state of resonance we are co-creators of the future world
